Dr Ewa Karwacka

Clinical Psychologist

Dr Ewa Karwacka is a HCPC registered clinical psychologist with 13 years’ experience of working therapeutically within the NHS. Ewa completed her undergraduate and Master’s Degrees in Clinical Psychology at the University of Poznan, Poland. She followed on to complete the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Liverpool.

During her clinical career Ewa has been working with clients across life span who suffered with a range of mental health difficulties. These included depression, anxiety, phobias, stress, social anxiety, work related stress, panic disorder, sleep problems and relationship difficulties. Ewa has further expertise in perinatal mental health difficulties, for example in postnatal depression, and issues with bonding and attachment.

Ewa uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to support her clients. These include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), and Narrative Therapy.
