Dr Katerina Daniel is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working with adults with a variety of interpersonal difficulties across NHS and private settings.
Dr Daniel has worked across inpatient and community settings with adults, couples, and families presenting with a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, work related stress, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, social anxiety, post natal depression, phobias, bereavement, and relationship difficulties.
She has expertise in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Integrative Therapy. She specialises in depth psychoTherapies and can therefore tailor her approach depending on presenting difficulties and predilections.
Dr Daniel enjoys working collaboratively with clients to guide them to a better understanding of their emotional world and explore and put into words their complex experiences. She has helped them in discovering new empowering insights into their problems and more creative possibilities into finding ways to approach their issue.
