Dr Kiran Chohan is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience across a range of NHS settings, including inpatient, outpatient and community. She qualified in 2009 and has worked with clients across the age groups although specialises in working with adults and older adults. She has experience of working with a range of
presentations, including depression, anxiety and panic attacks, low self esteem, sleep problems and stress, but also neurological and physical health conditions and the potential psychological consequences of living with these.
Dr Chohan delivers a range of therapies, drawing upon cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness based techniques.
She works collaboratively with clients to ensure they have meaningful goals to work towards in therapy and so that they feel supported and safe.
