Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy theories and techniques as a basis, she also draws from other therapy types such as compassion-focused therapy, imagery, and mindfulness when this is suitable and can help recovery. Liesbeth aims to support and empower clients and emphasises improvements in quality of life in addition to symptom reduction as outcome of therapy.
