Dr Winnie Chege is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience carrying out psychological assessment and intervention for a wide range of mental health conditions across the lifespan. Having obtained her BSc in Psychology from the University of Middlesex, Dr Chege went on to complete an MSc in Neuroscience at the Institute of Psychiatry (Kings College London), and a further MSc in Clinical Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. Following this, she completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London, and is now based in a Child and Adolescent NHS specialist service.
Dr Chege has worked across inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, phobias, stress, personality disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorder.
Dr Chege expertise in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
