Clinical Psychologist

Hiba is a London trained cognitive behavioural therapist with over ten years of research and clinical experiences which she has mainly gained in the NHS. She completed her Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Interventions diploma in 2016 at University College London and went on to complete her High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Interventions diploma in 2019 at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London.

During her career, she has worked with people of different ages and with a wide range of presentations including major depressive disorder and anxiety disorders.

Her work is predominantly within the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework where she has facilitated clients in understanding and approaching life challenges in more adaptive ways in order to bring positive and long-lasting changes in all aspects of their life. Alongside her interest in CBT, she is also aspiring towards working within positive psychology frameworks, being personally interested in concepts of self-actualisation, flow and how to achieve optimal well-being and quality of life.
