We Are Hiring
My Online Therapy is rapidly growing and we are looking for new psychologists to join the team.
We have several exciting opportunities for dynamic and forward thinking practitioners to join our rapidly growing team at My Online Therapy (MOT). This is an exciting time to be joining and helping us shape our service for the future.
My Online Therapy is a growing organisation led by clinical psychology and psychiatry. We provide a range of psychotherapeutic interventions online. Our platform launched in 2018 in response to the growing need for high quality psychological therapy in more accessible formats. We provide a bespoke psychological therapy service that matches clients to the type of therapy and psychologist that best fits their needs. We value diversity and work hard to promote an inclusive culture where differences are valued.
We have a growing team of psychologists working with us who are experienced both within the NHS and in private practice. Our preference is to have more psychologists join us with post qualification experience working in the NHS.
We are looking for enthusiastic HCPC registered clinical or counselling psychologists, qualified to Doctoral level or equivalent, to work with MOT on a contractual basis. It is desirable that you have two years post qualification experience in the NHS which includes work with adults within mental health or physical health settings. We are particularly interested in psychologists who can offer a minimum of 5 hours per week. We actively welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds who are under-represented in service delivery.
Remuneration is offered at an hourly rate. You will be required to work remotely to provide psychological therapy via the MOT platform.
We provide you with regular online clinical supervision with an experienced clinical/counselling psychologist. We will also be providing regular training webinars and team meetings to ensure you feel supported and connected to our team.
We are looking for passionate and innovative psychologists who are interested in providing therapy in non-traditional formats, including text-based interventions. We appoint psychologists who offer evidence based therapies including CBT, ACT, schema therapy, systemic therapy, narrative therapy, DBT, IPT, CAT, EMDR and other therapeutic modalities that are are currently practiced in the NHS and form part of NICE Guidelines recommendations. We are particularly interested in hearing from psychologists qualified to deliver couples therapy, CAT or Schema Therapy.
We are also looking for clinical/counselling psychologists who are sufficiently experienced to provide clinical supervision to our growing team of associates. We expect our clinical supervisors to have a minimum of six years post qualification experience with some experience of private practice.

Please indicate on your application if you are interested in applying for both the associate and clinical supervisor roles. Interviews will be conducted online.
